Thank you to all of the incredible folks to joined in to rally for Lolita with us this summer! We successfully held protests in 10 states across the US on Lolita’s behalf.

We received incredible media coverage in Florida, Connecticut, Pennsylvania and beyond.  When we launched this campaign no one understood what the heck “Shut Down Palace” meant. Thanks to the hard work of many it is now becoming well-known in the animal rights community and beyond that Palace Entertainment owns the Miami Seaquarium and is directly responsible for her continued suffering.

We put a spotlight on Palace Entertainment and CEO Fernando Eiroa, constantly asking him to retire Lolita and end animal cruelty. Now when we hold protests, even in states thousands of miles from the Miami Seaquarium, locals honk and yell out “Lolita!” and even boycott the parks. Customers have turned into protesters, families have vowed to never return after learning the truth and Fernando Eiroa released a statement regarding the Seaquarium, the first ever since acquiring the park.
