Locos Por Juana for Tokitae!Last night in Miami, Tokitae’s name rang out loudly and directly to an audience of 1,500 people! Until Lolita is Home is incredibly proud to collaborate with the Grammy-nominated band Locos Por Juana! Together we turned our creativity into action and used our voices to say her name. I AM TOKITAE. Until Lolita is Home’s T-shirts spread the message that there is no beauty in stolen freedom, and our leaflets telling Toki’s story were handed out to the crowd. People gathered to have their photographs taken alongside one of Miami’s top artist's, Itawe Correa’s, artwork in collaboration with local sea life artist, Ariel which will soon be up for online auction to raise funds for the cause. The composition incorporates “Energy Plugs” which give Toki energy and help her to freedom, to plug in, to inspire and emit good energy that keeps Toki strong. Watch this space for further updates!
